The Fairfax is a boutique hotel located in the heart of Miami's historic South Beach Art Deco District. Comprised of a mere 49 units made up of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, it will be a four-star property offering fully-deeded fractional ¼ ownership real estate interests.
As a fractional, it will afford owners the opportunity to enjoy the luxury resort for two or four weeks per year with complete date flexibility.
The Fairfax was originally built in SoBe in 1955. It is currently undergoing a $30 million renovation overseen by world-class designer Todd Oldham.
